Terms of Service

Supply FlowQC lets healthcare procurement teams search a medical product catalog, compare what distributors carry and what they charge, and send a distributor an inquiry about a product's availability. We also make these capabilities available to AI assistants you authorize, so you can do the same things in conversation.

• Give accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Keep your credentials to yourself — an account is for one person, and you are responsible for what happens under yours.
• Verify your email address. Some actions, including sending an inquiry to a distributor, are unavailable until you do.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

You may connect an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude to your account. When you do, you are granting that application permission to act as you, within the scope shown on the consent screen.

• Actions an assistant takes with your grant are your actions, and these terms apply to them exactly as if you had clicked the buttons yourself.
• Grant access only to applications you trust. We identify the application on the consent screen, but we do not control what it does with the access you give it.
• You can revoke a connection at any time under Settings → Connected Apps, which invalidates its tokens immediately.

You agree not to:

• Send inquiries that do not reflect genuine procurement interest, or use the inquiry feature to advertise, solicit, or otherwise send a distributor unwanted mail.
• Circumvent the limits on how many inquiries an account may send, including by registering additional accounts.
• Scrape, bulk-export, or resell the catalog, or use it to build a competing dataset.
• Probe, overload, or interfere with the service, or attempt to reach data belonging to another customer.
• Misrepresent who you are or what organization you act for, whether to us or to a distributor.

The inquiry feature places real email in another company's inbox under our sending domain. We enforce a per-account daily limit, and we may suspend an account that abuses it.

Catalog content — products, availability, and prices — comes from distributors and other third-party sources. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and nothing in the catalog is an offer to sell or a guarantee that a product is in stock at the price shown. Confirm terms with the distributor before you purchase.

When you send an inquiry we deliver your message and your contact details to the distributor. We are not a party to whatever follows. We do not guarantee that a distributor will reply, and we do not negotiate, fulfil, or take any part in a resulting transaction.

The service, its software, and its design remain ours. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the permission needed to operate the service, including transmitting an inquiry you ask us to send.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Supply FlowQC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or procurement decisions made in reliance on catalog information. Our total liability arising out of these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that puts the service or a distributor relationship at risk, or where the law requires it. Sections 5 through 9 survive termination.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Questions go to legal@supplyflowqc.com.
